CHEMICAL ANALYSIS

- WEEKLY

  • We perform a water analysis, check and add chemicals as necessary.

  • We clean and pump skimmer baskets.

  • We keep a record of weekly analysis performed and leave a log at the pool.

STANDARD POOL AND SPA SERVICE 

- WEEKLY

  • We perform a water analysis, check and add chemicals as necessary and top off water levels.

  • We empty the skimmer basket, the pump basket, and any automatic cleaner baskets.

  • We skim the surface of the pool, brush the tile, the sides, and the bottom of the pool 2x month or as needed.

  • We inspect for stains, algae, and scale deposits and treat as necessary 1x month.

  • We clean the filter (for cartridge filters we pressure wash, for DE filters we backwash) 1x month.

  • We keep a record of weekly activities performed and leave a log at the pool.

  • Starting rate: $80.00

PREMIUM POOL AND SPA SERVICE

- WEEKLY

  • We perform a water analysis and check and add chemicals as necessary.

  • We skim the surface of the pool, brush the tile, the sides, and the bottom of the pool 2x month or as needed.

  • We vacuum the pool and empty the skimmer basket, the pump basket, and any automatic cleaner baskets.

  • We inspect for stains, algae, and scale deposits and treat 2x month or as needed.

  • We clean the filter (for cartridge filters we pressure wash, for DE filters we backwash) 1x month.

  • We wash the pool deck removing any debris and algae 1x month.

  • We keep a record of weekly activities performed and leave a log at the pool.

  • Starting rate: $100.00 for enclosed pools, $120.00 for open-air pools.
